Kiddos/Extra People: To ensure a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that only the person receiving the service attend the appointment. At this time, no additional guests, including children or companions, are allowed in the service area. Unfortunately children aren’t allowed in the building at all unless they are getting serviced. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Know that I love all your kiddos! Squeeze In Appts: While I’m currently not accepting walk-in appointments, I do offer squeeze-in appointments when possible. If you’re hoping to book something last-minute, please reach out directly to check for availability — I’ll do my best to fit you in! No shows: Please note that no-shows will be charged a 20% fee of the scheduled service total. This helps respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for openings. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for advance notice — thank you for your understanding! Referrals: Any referrals will get you $5 off on your next visit as long as your referral drops your name at their appointment! Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Velvet Touch Studio has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Velvet Touch Studio at (615) 957-0569 or velvettouchstudio1@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
